Go to the shopThe refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of 6 months.
Should an item be broken, please email us on info@divinecopper.com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on info@divinecopper.com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
