How to clean copper vessel ?
1. Lemon and salt: To naturally clean copper pots and pans, and less fragile copper pieces, cut a lemon in half, add salt to the cut side and rub gently onto the item. You can also make a paste with lemon juice, and equal parts salt and non-oxidized corn-starch or baking soda.
2. Vinegar and salt: Rub a mixture of 1 tablespoon of table salt and 1 cup of white vinegar onto the copper with a soft cloth and rinse. Or, immerse the tarnished copper into a pot of 3 cups of water and the salt-vinegar mixture, bring to a boil and boil until the grime and tarnish comes off.

- Returns should be booked within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
- Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement-
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of 6 months.
Broken Items
Should an item be broken, please email us on info@divinecopper.com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on info@divinecopper.com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
